The 5.11 6" ATAC Shield Composite Toe Side-Zip Waterproof is an ultra-durable boot engineered to maximize comfort, arch support and flexibility and keep feet protected from hazardous materials and dangerous climates. Whether standing or on the move all day, the full-grain leather upper can handle constant wear, while promoting a dry, cool, breathable interior. The midsole board features a Shock Mitigation System that absorbs shock for softer landings and a lighter stride. It is also puncture resistant for maximum foot safety. An inner lining along the footbed wicks away sweat and excess moisture to keep feet cool and dry for long periods of time. The tough rubber outsole maintains grip on any terrain and provides oil and slip resistance. This boot is water and bloodborne pathogen resistant as well for ultimate security in hazardous work environments.
