It features a rugged Carhartt rubber outsole for maximum traction on any surface and an oil-tanned leather upper that keeps rain and snow out of the boot. For maximum environmental protection, there is a built-in waterproof, breathable Storm Defender membrane, which repels moisture but allows fresh air to enter the interior. The thermoplastic polyurethane heel stabilizer provides heel and ankle security, while the polyurethane strobel pad ensures consistent arch support and torsional rigidity.
