Second time buying this. Lost the first one in airport security. (Forgot it was in my bag). Definitely a solid knife with easy one-handed operation.

This is a nice knife. Seems to be well built. Haven't had it long so not sure of how long the blade holds an edge yet. I would classify the knife as a skinning or self defense blade over a working knife due to the over all size.

Hard to beat for the price. I keep it in my car. Very sharp, but has a little stiffness that may go after a break in period. The blade catch/release seems just a hair long. Closing the blade requires too much effort to disengage. I may try bending it to reduce the length.

Tactical Gear provided me with a fantastic deal on this knife. The company sent me an email promptly and mailed the knife in record time. The knife is simply worth much more than I paid . Their price was $5 less than the competition and with the Memorial day free shipping was a no brainer. The knife fits my hand perfectly and opens very smoothly, befitting a quality knife. It's razor sharp and was designed by the famous Danish knife guru, Willumsen. Highly recommended.

    • Great Knife, BUT...

      4/16/2015

This is a great knife. The build is excellent, the design is sharp and the quality of the materials is outstanding. Now here's the rub, the blade sticks in the open position. according to knife people on the YouTube this problem was fixed in later production runs. So, if you can confirm that you are buying one from a later batch, I can't recommenced it . If their is a simple fix let me know.

I reviewed this knife when I received it, I've now carried it for about a week and I must say for the price this is a high value knife. It was sharp out of the box, and after cutting all kinds of stuff it's still sharp. Feels good in the hand and looks good too. If you like a heavy EDC knive that you can count on that won't break the bank, this could be your knife.

My lansky responder came today and I must say this is a very nice knife for the money. The blade is very sharp, the lock up is tight, the grip feels good in the hand. I see this being my EDC for a while to put it through some hands on testing.. First impressions are this is a winner..
