The Chippewa Boots 8" Grenn 400G ST WP EH is built for safety and comfort. The rich brown leather exterior has a padded collar for added comfort and features the Chip-A-Tex waterproof membrane system. It's breathable but water is locked out of the boot by the membrane shield. Its steel safety toe cap meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-11 standards for impact and compression and guarantees non-electrical conduction of magnetic charges. This boot guarantees to keep your feet warm with 400 grams of 3M Thinsulate Ultra that's lightweight, breathable and moisture-resistant. It's thin enough to allow complete freedom of movement yet designed for some of the harshest conditions and retains insulating value in damp conditions. The Texon FlexWelt insoles with a triple-density foam footbed have a contoured arch support and air ventilation channels for moisture management. The anti-microbial hydrophilic-filler resists odor and bacteria. This style is proudly assembled in the USA with imported parts.
